Sylvia Badasci

Discovery trainer Sylvia Badasci, M.A., is a world-renowned facilitator of personal growth and emotional intelligence. She has facilitated workshops and seminars in Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, Chile, Russia, Mexico and Spain. Her skill of fiercely holding her students accountable for their lives, along with her enormous love and compassion for the human condition, makes her a much beloved teacher on four continents. Studies with the Jung Institute in Einseidlen, Switzerland, and a Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University enhance her 25+ years of direct experience on the training floor. In addition to facilitating ChoiceCenter’s Discovery courses, Sylvia also facilitates the Relationships, Renewal and Goddess Retreat trainings. A graduate of Cal-Poly, San Luis Obispo, Sylvia created and facilitates the popular Relationships workshop, mentors aspiring trainers, coaches executive teams and works with her peers to update training seminars and write and produce manuals.

Keith Bentz

Keith Bentz is a master trainer, training designer, and trainer of trainers. In his 26 years in the field of experiential education, he has personally led trainings for more than 60,000 men and women in the United States, Europe, Asia and South America.

Keith completed his undergraduate and graduate work at Stanford University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He began his career as a university instructor, teaching philosophy and literature at Stanford and Boston Universities before entering the training field. Keith is certified as a Lead Trainer for Discovery and Breakthrough, wrote and designed ChoiceCenter’s 4-day Men’s Retreat, and is certified by the legendary George Leonard to train The Samurai Game®. He also wrote and designed ChoiceCenter’s 6-month business training called The Business Challenge and The Journey Within. Keith designs and leads business trainings for a wide range of U.S. corporations, including AT&T, Nike, Intel, Cathay Pacific, Unilever, IBM, Nestle Foods, and Sheraton Hotels.

Michael Rosso

Michael Rosso has 35 years experience as a professional facilitator and coach. He has worked with more than 50,000 people worldwide in the areas of personal awareness, leadership development, high-performance team building and coaching. He has designed and delivered continuing education workshops throughout the United States, in Russia, Mexico and Asia. His work supports and empowers individuals, business executives, educators and youth to realize more of their potential by developing visions and goals and accountability to enhance their effectiveness. Once becoming a senior trainer, Michael has led Masters Courses throughout the world for the last 20 years. He has supervised Masters Creation Teams, empowered city staffs and facilitated thousands of students in their pursuit of personal mastery.

He began work in experiential education after a career as an opera singer in the United States and Europe, and he brings to his work a deep understanding and practice of effective professional coaching relationships. As an athlete and youth sports coach, Michael has broad experience with both individual and team coaching dynamics. He is the founder of Master the Mental Game, a coaching and development company dedicated to the principles of mastery in sport and is licensed to provide one-on-one coaching for HeartMath®. He and his wife own Sonoma Rosso, a wine country retreat in Northern California.

Robert Pleasants

Robert Pleasants is a Teen Leadership trainer for ChoiceCenter Worldwide University, a leader in the field of personal effectiveness and leadership training designed for high-performers who want to take their lives to the next level of success. Based in Virginia Beach, Robert holds a degree in Communications from Georgia State University, and was initially trained in Large Group Awareness Trainings (LGAT) in 1988 by Lifespring, Inc. Lifespring was, at the time, one of the largest personal and professional training companies of its kind in the world, and Robert had to complete several six-month to two-year apprenticeships, as well as participate in on-going training and support, before he could train solo in the classroom. From 1989 – 1991, and again from 1994 –1997, he consistently delivered a number of three- to five-day workshops on various topics relating to contemporary human potential. In 1998, Lifespring closed and was sold to multiple individual buyers. Following the buy-out, Robert came to work for ChoiceCenter as an adult Leadership Legacy and Teen Leadership trainer. His expertise is in facilitating large groups to develop themselves in any area of life they choose, whether adults or teenagers. In addition to his work with ChoiceCenter, Robert has been certified to train for the National Coalition Building Institute; the Georgia State Bar Association (mediation); the Dekalb County School System (largest school system in Georgia); the United Way; The Carter Center; and a number of private corporate and personal development training companies.

Robyn Williams

Robyn Williams is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ChoiceCenter Leadership University, a leader in the field of EQ, personal development and leadership training designed for people in pursuit of personal excellence who want to take their lives to the next level of success. Robyn is a professionally trained Master Facilitator and a Master Coach who specializes in Leadership and Business development. Robyn designs and delivers custom business trainings for organizations, corporations, and governments throughout the U.S. She has an coaching clientele that includes an NBA team owner, multiple Fortune 500 C-level executives, resort owners, entrepreneurs, restaurant owners, investment bankers, developers, doctors, and spa owners, to name a few. Since 1998, Robyn’s coaching clientele have all been generated by referral. The results she creates with her clients are so immediate and lasting, her reputation spreads quickly from one corporation to another. Since founding ChoiceCenter in 1998, Robyn has included community giving in the Center’s Leadership Legacy curriculum. Using the same EQ technology she applies to coaching, Robyn has led more than 180 Leadership teams to complete Legacy projects that produce well over $100,000 to charity each class. Prior to opening ChoiceCenter, Robyn was a successful entrepreneur and has owned her own companies since she was 20 years old. Her first business was an insurance brokerage that expanded from San Diego to Las Vegas, and grew to be the largest in Southern Nevada within just two years.

Chris Lee

Chris Lee holds a degree in Psychology and Communications from Northeastern University. A Discovery, Breakthrough and Leadership trainer for almost 25 years, Chris has trained more than 30,000 students through his work in Puerto Rico, Santo Domingo, the Dominican Republic, and Las Vegas.Chris is fluent in Spanish and English, and delivers trainings in both languages. =For 30 years, Chris has been traveling the world and has led seminars and workshops for over 1 million people teaching them the art of living abundant, extraordinary, and successful lives! Chris Lee has worked with top companies worldwide such as Dream Works, CAA, WWE, Apple, Microsoft, IBM, Dragados, Amgen, Unilever, Google, Sony, Univision, NBC, and Telemundo in addition to having been a collaborator for top Latin TV networks and radio shows. He also coaches many celebrities and business leaders, like Lewis Howes, to create unprecedented results. He has also opened and ran successful seminar businesses in the US, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Puerto Rico called Impacto Vital. He has created a workshop for Teens called Torch/Antorcha that teaches adolescents the key to happiness and success. Jorge Haddock

Jorge Haddock is the President of University of Puerto Rico. Prior to that, he served as the dean and professor in the College of Management at the University of Massachusetts Boston. He also served as dean of the School of Management at George Mason University. He led the transformation of the School into one of the nation’s most rapidly advancing business schools leading to record levels of philanthropy and advancement within national rankings. The U.S. and New York State governments, as well as many corporations, have funded his research. Dr. Haddock has also been a consultant to many companies including Mackie Designs, CSX World Terminals, Peavey, Baxter, Citicorp, Citibank (Wall Street), Michelin and Cedel. He is a co-inventor of a patent in the financial sector. Prior to joining Mason, Dr. Haddock was dean of the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. As dean, he led the Robins School to unprecedented heights in the Business Week rankings and an $18 million fund-raising campaign. While at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Dr. Haddock moved through the ranks attaining the rank of tenured, full professor in engineeringand later serving as the associate dean of the Lally School of Management and Technology. Dr. Haddock has authored or co-authored more than 100 publications over a wide-spectrum of topics ranging from basic and applied technical research to pedagogy and leadership. His most recent book is titled, Creating Global Business Leaders: Business Education at the Intersection of Innovation, Technology, and Globalization. Dr. Haddock earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, M.S. in Management Engineering from Rensselaer and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue.

Berenice Ramos

Berenice Ramos has been empowering leaders since 2004 where she dedicates herself to coordinating and imparting processes of personal transformation, leadership and personal effectiveness, in short, of life coaching. During the past 11 years she has facilitated more than 250 seminars approximately with over 9000 people. Bere helps people understand and reach their limitations, and give them tools to achieve their dreams in record time. She is passionate about empowering everyone to find their maximum potential and to live a full life in all areas: professional, family, and personal. In the corporate arena she was a consultant with companies such as General Motors, Bosch, Unilever, Colgate, PepsiCo, Mead Johnson, among others. Bere was a therapist in the technique ThetaHealing for six years, which is part of an exclusive group of facilitators at the international level. She is always committed to finding innovative and experiential techniques so that everyone can find their maximum possibility to enjoy life.
